  9.  Line One  : The minimum security level to run the program. Users with access
  10.              levels higher than this number will go straight into displaying
  11.              the file Xpert.TXT.
  12.  Line Two  : The x/y co-ordinates of the "no turbo login"

  14.  Line Four : If "YES" the ppe will see if the user has the expert mode on.
